Aftercare
Caring for your lashes
The first 24 hours
Keep lashes dry and avoid steam, saunas and swimming while the adhesive fully sets.
Cleanse gently
Wash your lashes regularly with a lash-safe, oil-free cleanser and pat them dry.
Brush daily
Use a clean spoolie to brush lashes into place each morning and evening.
Hands off
Avoid rubbing, picking or pulling extensions, and skip lash curlers and waterproof mascara.

Before you book
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean, make-up-free eyes. If you wear contact lenses, bring your case so you can take them out. Appointments are relaxing, so plan to lie back with your eyes closed.
How long will my lash extensions last?
Extensions shed naturally with your own lashes, so most clients book a refill every 2 or 3 weeks to keep their set full. Nabeelah will recommend a refill schedule at your appointment.
Will extensions harm my natural lashes?
Correct application, extensions of a suitable weight and good aftercare all help protect your natural lashes. Nabeelah chooses each set to suit your natural lashes.
I have sensitive eyes. Can I still have extensions?
Please mention any allergies or sensitivities when you enquire. Ask about a patch test before your first full set.
What is the difference between extensions and DIY cluster lashes?
Extensions are applied professionally to your natural lashes and kept full with refills every 2 or 3 weeks. DIY cluster lashes are pre-made clusters you apply yourself at home for shorter wear. Our Beauty Collection includes DIY lash kits from LashXtend.
