These terms apply when you use the NABS BEAUTY website or book a lash or brow appointment with us. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.

1. About these terms

"NABS BEAUTY", "we" and "us" mean the lash and brow business owned and run by Nabeelah [surname / registered business name, if any]. By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, or other South African law.

2. Appointments

  • Sending an enquiry through the website, WhatsApp or social media is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly.
  • Prices and durations shown on the website are a guide. We confirm the price for your treatment when we confirm your booking. To reserve your appointment, payment is made a day before your appointment.
  • Please arrive on time. If you're late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule it so that other clients are not affected.
  • Results vary from person to person, depending on your natural lashes and brows, how they grow and how you care for them afterwards.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

4. Your health and safety

  • Before your treatment, please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, recent eye surgery, pregnancy, or medication that may affect it. We may recommend a patch test.
  • We may decline or postpone a treatment if we believe it isn't safe or suitable for you. If so, we will explain why.
  • Please follow the aftercare advice we give you. If you experience irritation or discomfort after a treatment, contact us, and seek medical advice if needed.

5. Products from retailers

Products in our Beauty Collection are sold by third-party retailers, such as LashXtend and The Natural Africa, not by NABS BEAUTY.

  • When you click a product link, you go to the retailer's website. Your purchase is a contract between you and that retailer, under its own terms, pricing, shipping, returns and customer service.
  • We don't sell, stock, ship or process payment for these products, and we are not their official representative unless we say so.
  • We aim to keep product information accurate, but prices and availability can change. Always check the retailer's website before you buy.
  • Please contact the retailer directly about orders, deliveries, returns and refunds.
  • We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

6. Website content

The articles, guides and product information on this website are general information to help you make choices about lash and brow care. They are not medical advice, and they don't replace advice from a professional who knows your circumstances. Always follow the manufacturer's directions when using a product.

The text, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to NABS BEAUTY or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy or reuse our content or images without written permission. Product names, logos and images belong to their respective brands.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, NABS BEAUTY is not responsible for:

  • products bought from third-party retailers, or the retailer's service;
  • the content or availability of other websites we link to;
  • reactions arising from information about allergies, sensitivities or conditions that was not shared with us before treatment.

This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
